At Black Panther Electric Scooter, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality products. To ensure customer confidence and satisfaction, we provide a limited warranty under the following terms and conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage
Motor: Covered under warranty for a period of 2 years
Controller: Covered under warranty for a period of 2 years
This warranty is strictly applicable for manufacturing defects only
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers defects arising due to manufacturing faults or product malfunction under normal usage conditions. If any component (motor or controller) stops functioning due to an internal defect, it will be repaired or replaced as per company evaluation.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover any damage or failure caused by:
Physical damage, accident, or mishandling
Water damage or exposure to moisture beyond permissible limits
Burnt components, fire damage, or short-circuit
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
Improper usage or negligence
Any such cases will be treated as out-of-warranty, and repair/replacement will be chargeable.
4. Warranty Period Start Date
The warranty period will be effective from the date of the company invoice.
5. Non-Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.
6. Claim Process
To claim warranty, the customer must:
Provide a valid invoice copy
Contact the authorized dealer or service center
Allow inspection of the product by the company or authorized personnel
7. Company Rights
Black Panther Electric Scooter reserves the right to inspect, approve, or reject any warranty claim based on the terms mentioned above. The company’s decision in such cases will be final.
